After browsing through our product range and picking your favourite product go to ‘ADD TO CART’. Once you have finalized your purchases you can click on the ‘CHECK OUT” button to go ahead with the purchase. HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming your order and following that you will get another email regarding the dispatch of your order. This email will contain the tracking number of the order where you can use to find the status of your order. Alternatively, you could log in to your CORAL DUST account on the website (www.coraldust.in) and Track your order from there.

WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION E-MAIL IF I HAVE MADE AN ERROR IN INPUTTING THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS?
After an order has been confirmed, changes cannot be made. Confirmation emails can be forwarded by manually contacting our Customer care or email us at nithila@themadrastrunk.com and we will help you by forwarding the confirmation e-mail to the correct address.

I’M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
-We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
-If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you’re not missing anything. If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item’s name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
