Hemp, Hibiscus, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Silk Protein, Cocamidopropyl Betaine , Stearic Acid, Cetyal Alcohol, Cocoa Butter, Distearoylethyl Dimonium Chloride; Cetearyl Alcohol.
1- Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water.
2- Take the bar and rub it between your wet hands to create a lather, or directly onto hair. Two to three strokes across wet hair will get a rich foam going. Massage your scalp for a minute or two using your fingers (no nails!).
3-When you’re happily clean, rinse off with warm water. Make sure there’s no product left on the scalp or hair.
4-No need to follow up with a conditioner.

How many times can you use a shampoo bar?
Our bars are really concentrated, with no filler ingredients and so a few (3 – 5) swipes on your wet hair depending on the length and thickness of your hair, should be enough.
You can use this Shampoo & Conditioner Bar 3-4 times a week also.
How many washes does a shampoo bar last?
Each mighty bar gives you 60 – 80 washes depending on hair shape, thickness and length.
